How does it work when guests come and go during the day?
Many graduation parties are open houses where guests drop by for a few hours. Guests reply in advance on whether they are coming, so you see roughly how many people to expect and who they are. The programme shows when the speeches, cake and slideshow happen, so guests who arrive late also know what is going on.
How do we show photos of the graduate during the party?
Guests sign in and upload photos from their phones. You approve them, and the approved photos show on the live screen. The photos are private and only visible to invited guests.
How do we collect the memories?
All the photos from the day stay in one place instead of in many different phones. After the party you can send guests a memories link.

- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. MyOccasio is a website that guests open from the link in their invitation. They sign in with email or Google.
- Who can see the photos from the party?
- Only people who are invited and have signed in. The photos are private and are not shown openly online.
- How early should I start planning?
- Start a few months before graduation. That gives you time to send invitations, get replies and set up the programme without stress.
- What does it cost?
- Prices are not set yet. We plan a one-time price per event based on the number of guests. MyOccasio currently runs as an early pilot and is invite-only.
